Jerry Bridenbaugh

Shareholder

Jerry was born in Chillicothe, Ohio and moved his family to Maury County in 1990. He received his B.A.in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University (2010), and his law degree from the Nashville School of Law (J.D. 2014). He was licensed to practice law in Tennessee on April 15, 2015 and has been admitted to practice in all State and U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee as well as the bankruptcy courts for all Tennessee districts. Before transitioning to a new career in the law, Jerry worked in the automotive and IT industries specializing in dealership operations and small business network consultation. In his legal career, Jerry has represented clients in real estate, probate, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, and creditor rights actions as well as providing legal advice for wills and estate planning and some civil litigation. Jerry serves the needs of his clients in matters of real estate, probate, elder law, estate planning, foreclosure and collection defense, and civil litigation. Realizing there is much disinformation being published about reverse mortgages, Jerry has chosen to use his expertise in that area to provide consulting and advice on alternative methods of managing real estate holdings to allow clients to avoid the ‘Black Hole” of reverse mortgages. A trusted friend and advisor to many Maury Countians, he's someone you should know whether you are looking to buy or sell property, provide for your heirs, or are just looking for general representation in legal matters.
